This valley has microclimate of the inner enclosed valley if Himalaya. Besides,

 summer monsoon because of the Greater Himalaya range to the south of it. 

If you want to come to this Valley of Flowers National Parks, avoid going to this

 place during the late summer monsoon. It is because this park will be foggy 

and rainy densely. On the other hand, there is snow-bound from six to seven

 months either the late October or the late March, on both the valley and the basin.
